Jon practiced medicine for 16 years as a member of the cardiology faculty at the University of Wisconsin Hospital and Clinics. As a published author of risk prediction research who taught over 2,000 students at the UW School of Medicine and Public Health, Jon built the first HealthDecision tool to facilitate his own patient care at UW and integrated the tools into UW’s EHR in 2010. He left his clinical practice in July 2016 to focus full time on the company. Jon holds a double degree in computer science and engineering from Brown University and an MD from the University of Rochester. He completed his clinical residency and cardiology fellowship at the University of Wisconsin-Madison.

Farhan, with two partners, successfully grew the healthcare IT consulting firm, Vonlay, from 3 to 130 employees, which Huron Consulting Group acquired in 2014. Farhan continued with Huron as a managing director for two and a half years after the acquisition. Farhan has over 13 years of healthcare IT experience at several companies including Epic. Farhan left Huron to join HealthDecision full-time in October 2016. Farhan has a B.S. in computer science from Michigan State University and an MBA from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.

Debbie has over 25 years of experience in medical sales and marketing of healthcare technology, devices, and service. Debbie has successfully grown sales with both large and small companies, including GE Healthcare, CareFusion Alaris, and ZynxHealth, as well as start-up companies Ekahau and healthfinch. Debbie holds a Bachelor’s degree in marketing management from Bellevue University in Nebraska and a Hospital Corpsman Certificate from the U.S. Navy. In addition, she has been professionally trained in Six Sigma, management development programs, and many nationally recognized solutions-selling programs, focusing on listening to the client’s needs and providing them with a solution that matches their needs now and in the future.

Joleen has over 25 years of experience in marketing startup companies in biotech and healthcare. Joleen led the marketing teams at three startup companies (Cellular Dynamics International, NimbleGen, and Genetics Computer Group) that either were acquired or achieved an IPO. As a first marketing hire within startups, she has worn many hats as she’s built the company brand, hired marketing teams, and set and deployed the marketing strategy for novel products and services. Joleen holds a Bachelor’s degree in English with a journalism minor, and a Master’s degree in communications from Iowa State University.
